Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday — 11-1pm, 8-9pm
Saturday — 9-11am

PNF Session (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation):
- Half-hour session provides clients with improved flexibility and recovery
Nutrition Counseling: one-hour session provides clients with the answers to achieve goals.
