"Brian trained me to become a more powerful, mobile and faster athlete while at the same time he was able to make me less prone to injuries.  I trained with Brian in the summers before going into football season for Bloomsburg University and he got me in the best shape of my life!  He did an amazing job explaining the proper techniques and methods of doing olympic lifts which I still use in my training today.  When using Brian's philosophies I was 1st team all PSAC, All region that season and also Pre-season all american for the following year!  I accredit Brian for much of my success on the football field and his 1 on 1 athlete to strength coach training system is very accomadating for an athlete looking to improve their performance.  I told him about my back surgery in high school and he was able to get me to deadlift, squat and powerclean without pain!!!  As a strength and conditioning coach myself, I highly recommend VIP Personal Training."
