Brian Reed

Brian Reed - Owner

A graduate from Temple University with a BS in Kinesiology, Brian served as a decathlete in Track and Field and as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. After college Brian went on to the College of New Jersey to serve as a Track & Field Coach. Brian opened VIP in September of 2007 to share with clients the various principles of science based programming involved with training.

There are many personal trainers on the market today and most people refer to fitness as “working out.” Brian’s philosophy is one of TRAINING not “working out.” Training involves understanding the various principles and knowing when and how to apply them to gain maximal results.

Brian not only understands the principles, but designed his facility around them: VOLUME, INTENSITY, and POWER. The proper grouping of these principles have allowed him to earn top placement in various strength sports where he has won several state, national and world titles in powerlifting.

Evan Snydman

Evan Snydman

A graduate from Weidner University, Evan served on the Football team and trained fellow athletes in strength and conditioning. Thereafter, Evan went on to coach as an assistant football coach with Conwell Egan High School. Evan is also competitive in strength sports and as a powerlifter he has won several state, national and world titles.

Tim McLaughlin

Tim McLaughlin

A graduate from The United States Merchant Marine Academy, Tim served on the Football team and Track and Field Team. He continues his duties as a Merchant Marine, while at home he serves clients at VIP Training and Strength Sport. Tim competes in various strength sports winning many state, national, and world titles. Tim also made the top 25 power rankings list making him one of the strongest powerlifters in the world regardless of weight class.
